Trivia Quizz

1. Aisha the dog is based on our Rhodesian Ridgeback Asha. She is red-gold in colour, bold and brave, clever and fierce, and the best friend you could ask for! My children are cross because I changed the spelling of her name from Asha to Aisha to make it look more exotic, however that means lots of teachers and readers pronounce it the wrong way. It should be pronounced Ash-a.

2.  My great-great-great-great grandmother Charlotte Barton, wrote the A Mother's Offering to her Children which was  published in Australia in 1841.

3. Some of these names are simply words spelt backwards. For example Raef is Fear, Sedah  is Hades and Krad is Dark.
